This is not really a new system mounted during this year but as we are proud of it, we want to show it in our website. This installation is mounted on the Maremagnum Bridge in Barcelona city. Its function is to lubricate three bases located very close to the sea water every time the bridge is opened to allow the pass to different ships when they leave the harbour or when coming from sea inside. |

With our system the maintenance personnel of this infrastructure minimized the grease consumption and as a result the quantity of grease which felt down into the sea. The pictures shows the last days of the installation and it can be seen the quantity of grease that was there. Now with our Centralised Lubrication System the situation is different we are only dispensing few quantities enough to lubricate and very few to contaminate. |

| Oil Mist system for a Steel Mill Plant.
Installation of a lubrication system by the Oil Mist method. The system has been installed to lubricate all the chains of the cold plate. The installation length is around 80 meters with a total of 66 chains. Every chain has a length of 15 meters and it is lubricated in both sides.

The oil quantity can be adjusted on the Head Mist by adjusting an screw which allows to feed more or less quantity of oil in the air main line. There is an electrical level switch to detect the low level on the tank and at the bottom of this tank there is an electrical resistance assembled to heat the oil. The electronic control equipment is connected to main command of the chain so the chain is only lubricated when the movement is detected. |

The mist is generated on the Head Mist by the venturi effect and it is transported at a very low pressure, around 0’5 Bar in the main pipes. At the end the mist is reconverted into a fine spray of oil through a fitting. This fitting is called reclassificator and it is orientated of a special manner to project the oil onto the chain and lubricate it constantly with a very few quantity of oil. The reclassificator size is calculated in function of different details such as width, length, velocity and working environment. The addition of all the quantities to lubricate give us the Head Mist size to use. It is important to say the importance of the oil in this system, it should have the correct viscosity and additives. The Oil Mist system is the best system to lubricate chains in medium or large installations due by its simplicity, easy way to install and low maintenance procedures. |

| Lubrication system for Alfalfa factory.
We have done the automation of all the lubrication points in eight factories of a farm co-operative. This company is dedicated to compact the alfalfa and the grain maize.

All the systems are to lubricate bearings and chains. For bearings and in function of the dimensions of each machine we have installed progressive or dual line systems. To lubricate the chains we have installed centralized lubricator a progressive distributor and brushes to feed the oil onto the chain. On the left pictures it is shown the progressive systems assembled on the granulating mill. Pumps are H series for 50 Kg. drum on the covers we have installed low level switches to detect when the drum is empty of grease. All the system is operated by a electrical box. |

The reverse of the line in the dual line system is done by the pneumatic reversing valve. There are two pressure switches which detect the pressure of the main lines. Each pressure switch is adjusted with a slightly higher pressure to allowing the last point to be lubricated, then the electrical signal of this pressure switch make that the electrical box connect the coil of the reversing pneumatic valve and the second line begins to supply grease. |

Pump hoist for 25 and 50 Kg. drum. In Neubor design this sort of hoist in function of drum dimensions. In this case we designed especially for a tapered drum. We also assembled an electrical switch to detect when the drum is empty. These hoists are the best accessory when the pump has to work with a heavy grease as can be NLGI-3 grade or heavier and when a fast drum change is needed as those cases on the automotive plants where the machine down-time are avoided.
To manipulate is so easy and it is done through a couple of 4 way manual valves. There are also one unit type FRL to up and down the hoist and one unit type FR to work the pump. On the inlet pump there is not a lubricator cause the pneumatic motor is lubricated with grease from factory and it is necessary do not introduce any kind of oil.

Lubrication system for Boxes on the Ceramic Industries.
These boxes are mechanisms used to charge and discharge tiles in the ceramic factories. To do this job every box have 40 rows and 34 columns of cylinders and each cylinder is supported on both sides by bronze plain bearings, this means that only one box has 2720 plain bearings. When the tiles have to be charge or discharge these cylinders roll by the effect of an outer mechanism, this rolling movement is done every time row by row. The ceramic plants have a lot of these boxes due by the high production so the maintenance personnel is dedicating a lot of hours to keep them in good conditions and one of these tasks is to lubricate these plain bearings properly and there are a lot of them so these companies are wasting a lot of hours lubricating these points. We have installed a row of Showa dester plungers in the lift link of the mechanical stoker and every time this lift link is in position to roll the cylinders we have few seconds to feed some oil drops onto the bearings. The centralized lubricator is a couple of pneumatic pumps assembled in a tank to give the system the speed of oil we need. This solution gives the maintenance personnel time to dedicate to other more profitable tasks and we have optimized the maintenance time and save oil.
